Dance, Stretch, Twerk, Walk.... Just Do Something!

I know, I know, the holidays are so much fun!!! However, if you want to avoid putting on those extra holiday pounds, then get yourself moving and don't stop!!

  • Take a walk 1-2 times a day

  • Stretch between episodes of your favorite show

  • Dance to your favorite song EVERY time it comes on

It doesn't have to be perfect; every little bit helps!
